Dr. Christine Sachakov
(Founder of Connections-Psychiatric NP Services, PLLC)
Dr. Christine Sachakov, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner raised in upstate New York. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Stony Brook University in 2009 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Stony Brook University in 2016.
Since 2010, Dr. Sachakov has delivered specialized therapeutic and psychiatric services to individuals navigating complex psychological and life challenges. Her practice is distinguished by a strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and providing high-quality services designed to support optimal mental health outcomes.

Dr. Sachakov provides compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care to children (ages 5 and older), adolescents, and adults. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she treats a wide range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, including substance use disorders. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sachakov is an experienced educator and former Associate Professor at Sullivan County Community College, where she taught first- and second-year nursing students.

Dr. Sachakov is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds additional certification as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). Her clinical approach emphasizes on providing patient-centered treatment with compassionate care tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Megan McCormack, PMHNP-BC
Megan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. Raised in Sullivan County, New York, she has a strong understanding of the community and its needs. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Sullivan County Community College in 2009, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utica College, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Stony Brook University in 2019.
Megan brings experience from a wide range of clinical settings, including substance use treatment, correctional facilities, forensic psychiatry, and outpatient psychiatry. She is committed to delivering individualized, patient‑centered care with a holistic approach to treatment planning.
She offers both in-person and virtual appointments at the Liberty, NY office. Pharmacogenomic (GeneSight) testing is available to support medication management when clinically appropriate. Megan is also a New York State–certified medical marijuana provider; evaluations are currently only available to established patients.
