Connections provides clients with informed, comprehensive, and personalized psychiatric and mental health treatment by utilizing and offering a variety of treatment interventions. The definition of "Connections" is the act of connecting or state of being joined or connected in some way. It is the intention of Connections-Psychiatric NP Services, PLLC to provide the tools and skills necessary to make these "connections" possible for its clients.

Dr. Christine Sachakov

At Connections-Psychiatric NP Services, PLLC, you will find a licensed Mental Health Service Provider to help guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters.
Dr. Christine Sachakov is a board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, born and raised in upstate NY. She received her Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2009, from Stony Brook University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree, from Stony Brook University, in 2016.
Dr. Sachakov's training in Psychiatry was conducted in a variety of health care settings including Garnet Health Medical Center (formerly Catskill Regional Medical Center), Huntington Hospital on L.I., Synergy of Monticello Inc., and Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.
She is an experienced educator and a former associate professor at Sullivan County Community College, where she taught both first and second year nursing students.
She has experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings and treats children (age 5 yrs & up), adolescents, and adults. Dr. Sachakov treats a multitude of psychiatric disorders across the lifespan, including drug addiction. Dr. Sachakov's Board Certification is through American Nursing Credentialing Center and she is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Sachakov holds additional certifications including being an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
